Test Precision:
The precision value of the test result depends on the within assay coefficients of the variation and those between the assay coefficients. The value of the same test is analyzed again if it is found out that the within assay coefficients of its variation is same. It was also found that the between assay coefficients will be the variance of the result value if the same exact sample is being reprocessed from the beginning again.
Positive results:
If the concentration in the sample is found to be more than or equal to 1.00 S/CO the test result will be considered as positive.
Negative results:
If the concentration in the sample is found to be less than or equal to 1.00 S/CO the test result will be considered as positive.
