Fertility Profile Details
Sample (blood) taken at home through finger pricking. Our Fertility Profile Blood Test detects 3 (three) biomarkers which show the degree you have.
It can be defined as the ability to naturally conceive offspring. Examining biomarkers related to fertility assists in diagnosing the cause of infertility.
This exam detects 3 (three) biomarkers indicating:
- FSH (Follicle-stimulating hormone)
- Oestradiol: Indicates ovarian function.
- Anti-Mullerian Hormone: Indicates egg count.
Kit Instructions
Sample should be taken in the morning and before taking medication. Please refrain from taking biotin supplements for 2 days before the day of sample collection.
For the the best samples, we suggest:
- Staying hydrated before taking a sample.
- Taking a warm shower to improve blood flow.
- Doing light exercise.
- Shaking the test tube gently instead of violently.
- Avoiding a hard squeeze on the finger.
- Not leaving the sample to sit for more than a day to prevent clotting.

How does the exam work?
To analyze and receive fertility results:
- Access the link provided in the written instructions on the test kit.
- Collect samples according to instructions.
- Put the collected sample into the provided additional box.
- Locate the nearest drop box through the Royal Mail app.
- Place the box into the drop box to be delivered and analyzed.
- Receive your results in 1-3 days.
Order your fertility test kit and collect your sample at home.
Drop off the sample in the Royal Mail Red Street Box. Use the Track 24/48 return label to the laboratory.
Receive your results through email or by opening your dashboard on our site.

The relative standard deviation is ≤15%. The within-assay CV is ≤15%. The between-assay CV is ≤ 15%.
AMH:
The within-assay CV is ≤ 10%. The between-assay CV is ≤ 15%.

Accuracy and Precision:
The accuracy of these AMH tests is based on the relative deviation. The relative deviation is the average deviation from the actual result value.
The precision relies on the within-assay CV and the between-assay coefficient. The within-assay coefficient of variations is the variance of the result value if the same Fertility Profile test sample was analysed again. The between assay coefficient is the variance of the result value if the same sample was reprocessed from the beginning again.
