Cholesterol Level Home Kit Details
Sample (blood) taken at home through finger pricking. Our Cholesterol Level Blood Test detects 5 (five) biomarkers.
Cholesterol and triglycerides tests indicate cardiovascular health.
This exam detects 5 (five) biomarkers indicating the levels of:
- Total amount.
- Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) or “bad” cholesterol, which causes heart diseases.
- High-density lipoprotein (HDL) or “good” cholesterol, which helps remove LDL.
- Triglycerides, which store fat.
- Total cholesterol / HDL, which is a ratio measuring cardiovascular health.
Abnormally high levels of cholesterol may also cause cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, ovarian cysts, high blood pressure, or obesity.

What are the most common related questions about this home kit?
Q: To start, what is it?
A: It is a waxy substance that is in the lipids in your blood. About 75% of your body is made up of the liver. The rest comes from the food you eat.
Q: What happens to the body when there are high levels?
A: Too much of it in your body can build up as plaque on the inside walls of your arteries, which makes them narrower and slows down blood flow.
Q: But how can you tell if you have high levels?
A: High levels usually don’t show any indications or symptoms, therefore a lot of people don’t know their level is too high. A health examination can tell you.
Q: So, how often should I check my levels?
A: From the time you turn 20, you should use a test kit to assess your health every four to six years.
Q: Lastly, what foods should you stay away from if your levels are high?
A: To lower your levels, eat less red meat, butter, and full-fat dairy products, which are high in saturated and trans fats.

Want to read a tale that Kelly wrote?
Kelly: I want to tell you about something that happened at work a few days ago.
Someone came and said she wanted to lose weight around her stomach. I was struck by how she was feeling. She was terrified, and when I found out why, I decided to write this post because a lot of people live like this.
She was scared since her “high Levels” made her think she would have a heart attack or stroke. You might hardly believe it, but her level was 220, yet the highest level allowed is “up to 200.” But this made her freak out and lose control. I was able to calm her down, even though it wasn’t easy. I think it will be helpful for someone else to understand how.
First, you should know that a marker that says “up to 200” does not mean you are having a heart attack or stroke. You should examine your levels of LDL and HDL. Also, if LDL levels go up and HDL levels go down, this may be a better sign of a higher risk of heart disease.
Please tell us about “the molecule of life” for two simple reasons:
It is the most important “building block” for making other molecules, like stress hormones (cortisol, aldosterone, etc.) and sexual hormones (estrogens, progesterone, testosterone). Also, you would have big issues keeping alive without these hormones. In fact, we get sick with major ailments as soon as they start to go down.
It is “NOT” a fat but an alcohol (that’s why it ends up in “OLO,” like ethanol, methanol, etc.). This feature is really important. Do you know why? When toxins build up in your body’s tissues, a lot of nutrients can’t get from the blood to the cells in those tissues. So, they don’t have enough energy, which can make it harder to stay alive. In these situations, a chemical that can save lives gets through the poisons and into the cells to provide them the energy they need. This molecule has a lot of energy, and because it is an alcohol, it can move through pollutants. This is what makes it a biomarker.
You should now know that levels of 220 to 230 should not make you worry because they are an indication of tissue poisoning caused by bad nutrition and too many poisonous substances from the environment or from the body’s own metabolism.
In these cases, it can be quite helpful to perform three things:
Don’t worry; there’s no reason to.
Eat well by cutting back on refined sugar and not eating it at all in the evening. Keep in mind that you need to cut back on carbohydrates and fats before you can lower Levels, since it is alcohol. People on diets who simply ate fruit, bread, pasta, and cereals have told me that the diet didn’t work for them.
By lowering chronic inflammation, you can help the body get rid of toxins that have built up. This will also lower the need for the liver to raise it.
What occurs when the result is excessively high?
When the levels in the blood are too high, atherosclerosis starts. It goes on without any symptoms until the vessels are completely blocked or thrombi form. These block the flow of blood and greatly raise the risk of heart disease, kidney damage, and stroke.
But there are other things that can make atherosclerosis more likely, such as diabetes, not moving around much, or smoking.
A diet strong in animal fats also raises levels.
When levels are high, they build up on the walls of blood vessels to create a plaque that is hard and less elastic. The plaque gets bigger over time (even if there are no symptoms) and blocks the vessel’s lumen more and more, until it completely blocks it or a thrombus forms. It is a long process that might take decades, and that’s why it’s so subtle.
Atherosclerosis is a disease that doesn’t exhibit any signs of it. It is the major thing that happens in the heart and blood vessels. “Ischemia” is the medical term for a drop or stop in blood flow to a certain part of the body. Plaque develops due to a number of systemic and local reasons, including problems with the blood vessels’ inner lining, too many lipids being deposited in the intimate membrane, a stronger immunological response, the growth of smooth muscle cells, and changes to the matrix.
Cholesterol protects against the harm that atherosclerotic plaque can do. It can happen in essential arteries, such the coronary arteries of the heart, and in other crucial organs. It can lead to the onset of severe acute diseases with abrupt consequences, such myocardial infarction, thrombosis, cerebral stroke, or renal problems.
